    I highly recommend the Stella Home Team (Tracy & Sam Stella) as realtors to buy or sell your home! First is their integrity and honesty through the whole process. They didn't just say what we wanted to hear, they gave it to us straight. Next is the amount of time they were willing to spend in preparing and marketing our home. They brought a very knowledgeable stager who helped instruct us on what do to, to make our home present well in the current market. They spent time preparing signage for in the house, marketing brochures that were spectacular, and time answering our dozens of questions. They communicated with us extensively via email, weekly market reports, and phone & text, in a very responsive time frame. They also brought lots of valued connections to the process that saved us larges amounts of research time: contractors, movers, attorney... When it came to negotiating the contract we felt very confident that they had our best interests in mind to meet our goals (which were financial as well as timeliness) and had good suggestions for negotiating. I don't think you will find a more professional, honest, hard working, and nice team to work with!
